SIIG's DP CyberSerial PCI serial adapter is designed to add one 9-pin (RS232) serial port to your PCI-enabled desktop computer. This serial adapter comes with a high-speed 16550 UART DB9 serial port supporting data transfer rates of up to 230Kb/s. The serial port can work as either standard DB9 RS232 port, or can be configured for 5V /12V power output for serial devices that require power such as handheld scanners, table scanners, and POS displays. The DP CyberSerial PCI adapter can be installed into either standard height or low profile system with the included spare low profile bracket to offer the utmost flexibility in system chassis installation.
